A customer in Rise contacted us with a chilling case - she had only popped in the garden to locate an item and the door had locked after her. However, what makes this a potential horror case was when she exclaimed "Help me! I do not have my house keys and my baby is in the house." Obviously we raced there and fortuitously road traffic was in our favour. We managed to arrive there inside a few minutes and had the door unlocked instantly. We learned afterwards is that she designated her little dog "my baby".

Locked out of the property Rise:

"I just had the grandchildren over for the weekend break We decided to go just for a walk on the seaside. A pleasurable morning ended up being had by each and every one and we drove off back and the minute we arrived at the home door I realised that I did not have the house keys. I knew I lost the keys along the seaside, with your amazing fast service you unlocked my house right away" was the communication from the customer.

Broken keys Rise:

"I left the shop with grocery bags in my hands. I was battling to get the key in the car door and as a result the key snapped. I am very delighted I located you straight away and your timely call out ensured I just had to spend a short while waiting around," was a message we got from our customer in Rise.
